My precious friend Jeanette is featuring a different family every day this month whose lives have been blessed through the miracle of adoption. This is a fabulous idea that hopefully will spread the word and show the need of the over 143 million orphans who are waiting around the world for a forever family. That is a staggering amount and I pray that heart strings are tugged and people will answer an overwhelming call to open their homes to a child who desperately needs them.
Please visit Project Chosen and see how these families lives have been changed. We are honored to be part of this and our story will be shared on February 26th. If you would like to share your adoption story there is still room, just leave her your email.

Thanks Traci for getting the word out! I've already had two of your friends email me who are interested in sharing their stories! That is awesome!
Hello Traci:
Small world..I tripped across your blog, as some friends of mine from church are adopting from Ethiopia. http://www.thehambrickfamily.blogspot.com/
You have a great looking family. I am happy for you. I accepted Christ Feb 1, 2009. I am a member of Grey Stone Baptist in Durham. I was out of work for about 9 or 10 months myself (returned to work in August). Married to Amy, have no children. Look at my website www.kurtschmiemann.com
I wish you and your family the best, may the Lord bless you all.
